You wanna run your front forks on fast rebound and your rear shock on slower.

A good starting point for the front is:

Turn it all the way to fast. and then give it 4 - 5 clicks towards slow. See how it feels and adjust accordingly.

For the rear.

All the way to slow and then about 5 clicks to fast. Once again, see how it feels and adjust accordingly.

There may be a compatibility issue between your seat rails and seat post. Think there are two sizes of rails 7mm and 8mm.

Might wanna check to see which your seat post is compatible with.

hi folks
i,m having some problems with my seat. on my bike. as it keeps on moving back. even though the allen screw is tight.

is there anything i can do to stop my seat going backwards when i,m riding.
